Violin Flow – Delete Account

If you would like to permanently delete your Violin Flow account and associated data, you can start the deletion process directly from the Violin Flow app or request deletion through this page.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to Violin Flow, send us an email requesting account deletion.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Violin Flow account whenever possible.

What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete the account-associated Violin Flow data that we control, including applicable profile information, learning progress, practice information, completed lessons, and other account-associated data.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required or permitted for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting requirements.

Such information will be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for that purpose.
