• Account information: When you sign in (for example, with Google) we store your email and a Firebase user identifier (UID) to manage your account.
• User content: Images you upload, images generated by AI, templates, and saved designs.
• Usage and device data: Non-identifying analytics such as app usage, device model, OS, and crash reports to improve the App.
• Credits and transactions: Records of in-app credits or purchases required for billing and account support.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
• Provide, operate, and improve the App (including generating images and saving designs).
• Store your generated and uploaded images in cloud storage so you can access them later.
• Personalize your experience with saved templates and history.
• Monitor performance, detect bugs, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. AI Image Generation and Third-Party Services
The App may send images and limited prompt data to third-party AI services to generate images. We store the results returned by those services in your account only if you choose to save them. We do not sell your content. You retain ownership of the content you create, but by using the App you grant us permission to store and display it within the service.
5. Storage and Retention
User images and metadata are stored in cloud services such as Firebase Storage and Firestore linked to your account. We retain account data and user content as long as your account exists or as required for legal or operational reasons. You may request deletion — see “Your Rights” below.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to:
• Service providers who process data on our behalf (cloud hosts, analytics tools, payment processors).
• Legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
• Parties involved in fraud or abuse investigations.
We require third-party providers to keep your data secure.
7. Content Moderation and Safety
We implement content moderation using automated filters and human review. Users must not post prohibited content such as abusive, explicit, illegal, or infringing material. Violations may lead to removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the App or content created by other users to the extent allowed by law.
