  • Information necessary to provide subscriptions and purchased content through Google Play.

Violin Flow does not intentionally collect precise location information unless a future feature specifically requires it and provides appropriate notice.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage your Violin Flow account.
  • Save your learning progress and practice history.
  • Provide personalized lessons and language preferences.
  • Provide practice reports and notifications when enabled.
  • Provide subscriptions and purchased content.
  • Provide the optional AI question-and-answer feature.
  • Improve the reliability, security, and functionality of Violin Flow.

3. AI Features

Violin Flow provides an optional AI-powered question-and-answer feature. When you voluntarily submit a question, information necessary to process that request may be sent to our AI service provider to generate a response.

Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or other highly sensitive personal information in AI questions.

4. Third-Party Services

Violin Flow uses trusted third-party services to provide essential functionality. These services may include:

  • Google Firebase for authentication, cloud data storage, notifications, and backend services.
  • Google Play for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • AI service providers for the optional AI question-and-answer feature.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers when necessary to operate Violin Flow, provide requested functionality, process purchases, deliver notifications, provide AI responses, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

We retain account and learning information for as long as necessary to provide Violin Flow's services and maintain your account.

When you delete your account, we will delete personal information and account-associated data that we control, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or system logs until those systems are overwritten or deleted according to their normal retention processes.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your Violin Flow account directly from within the app.

Open:

Menu → Delete Account

You can also request account deletion through our Violin Flow Account Deletion page .

When an account deletion request is processed, associated account and learning data will be deleted, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory retention requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

Violin Flow is not specifically directed toward children under the applicable minimum age for independent use of online services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us.

10. Your Choices

  • Change your preferred lesson language.
  • Control notification permissions through your device settings.
  • Delete your account from within Violin Flow.
